Shipping policy

1.      Placing an Order

1.1.  Orders must be placed via the official MODUB website. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase Goods in accordance with these Terms.

 

1.2.  Orders are processed daily from Monday to Sunday, with confirmation sent within 24 hours. Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the next business day.

 

1.3.  MODUB reserves the right to cancel or modify any order at its sole discretion due to operational constraints, availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund for payments made.

 

1.      Delivery and Pickup

Delivery times and pickup notifications will be communicated to customers via email or phone as part of the order confirmation process. This ensures clarity and avoids any miscommunication regarding the timing and logistics of orders.

 

1.1.  Delivery Service

• Delivery areas include Jumeira 1 & 2, DIFC, City Walk, and Business Bay.
• Delivery hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
• Delivery fee: AED 90 per order.
• All orders require a 6-hours pre-order notice. Orders placed after the 6 PM cut-off will be delivered the next business day.

 

1.2.  Pickup Service

• Pickup is available at The Mandarin Cake Shop located on the ground floor of MODUB.
• Pickup hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
• Orders will be ready for collection within 6 hours. Customers will be notified via email or phone.

 

1.3.  Once Goods are delivered or collected, MODUB is not liable for any loss, damage, or deterioration of the Goods.
